Abstract:

Government expenditure priorities: 1. Strengthen Uganda’s competitiveness for sustainable wealth creation, employment, and inclusive growth. 2. Seize opportunities in key primary sectors, market opportunities at both regional and international levels, and requirements for infrastructure development. 3. Address the challenges faced both by the public and private sectors in order to revitalize economic growth, deal with unemployment, and poor service delivery.
