Water and Environment sector objectives to attain the goals of the NDP2 and Vision 2040 • Improved access to quality safe water and sanitation facilities for rural and urban areas, and water for production uses. • Improved water resources assessment, monitoring, planning, regulation and quality management. • Improved weather, climate and climate change management, protection and restoration of environment and natural resources.
